Our material comes from ground we hold under a 30-year concession, granted by Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd with the consent of Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated. Incorporated in 2015, Hasil Perangsang has grown into one of the largest mining companies in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur — with a multi-mineral portfolio spanning sand, clay, hardcore stone and tin.
Bestari Jaya, Kuala Selangor
Two sites, two institutional landowners, one long-term concession. This is the foundation everything else rests on.
- 950-acre site — landowner: Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated (MBI)
- 2,157-acre site — landowner: Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad (KHSB)
